A partir de 19:30 till 21:00

The Geostrategy Nest of the College of Europe in Natolin was pleased to organise a discussion on "Geostrategy in Practice: Lessons from Policymaking, Great-Power Competition, and Alliance Management"delivered by Professor Jakub GRYGIEL, former adviser to the US Secretary of State.

Given Professor's rich experience, especially his advisory role at the U.S. Department of State and impactful work on great-power competition and alliance management, the discussion offered practical insights. Focus was placed on lessons learned from his direct involvement in policymaking and strategy formation, essentially, how theoretical geostrategy translates into real-world diplomacy, security decision-making, and alliance navigation in today’s evolving global landscape.

The discussion was moderated by Prof. Sławomir DĘBSKI, Associate Professor in the European Civilization Chair.
