Practical Information

Format & dates: this course will take place at the College of Europe Bruges campus from 3 to 6 November 2026. 

The full tuition fee is € 1.900,00, which includes:

  • The participation in the seminar
  • The training materials
  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Social events (as listed in the programme)
  • A certificate from the College of Europe upon completion of the course.

All other costs are at the expense of the participant or their employer. Please refer to the registration page for further details on the price and available discounts.

Accommodation: Should an accommodation arrangement be required, the following link provides information on hotels and B&B in Bruges: www.visitbruges.be/en/hotels. Our team will also be glad to recommend hotels and B&B in Bruges, close to the training facilities.

Lecture rooms: The lecture rooms are situated in the modern and centrally located Verversdijk and Dijver buildings of the College of Europe. Each room is fully equipped with modern teaching facilities and wireless internet. 

College of Europe Library: Participants get full access to the College’s Library which includes a European Documentation Centre. For more information about the opening hours, please reach out to the course team prior to the course.
