The participants
The EU Diplomacy & Diplomatic Skills executive education course is primarily targeted at officials from the EU institutions and diplomats from the 27 EU Member States and other countries. In addition, it is open to civil servants from national administrations, academics, and professionals from the private sector working in the field of EU external relations from both EU and non-EU countries.
Participants should have a university degree, a very good command of English, and some relevant work experience.
Seats for this course are limited in order to ensure an optimal interactive environment that fosters discussions and facilitates networking.
The College of Europe reserves the right to select participants based on their academic and professional profile.
