Rector Mogherini First Mandate Report

On September 1st, 2025, Rector Federica Mogherini started her second mandate as Rector of the College of Europe. 

Rector Mogherini's first mandate was marked by important new developments and projects at the College of Europe, from the establishment of the new Tirana Campus to the creation of the European Union Diplomatic Academy. 

Through these new projects and constant developments, the College of Europe strive to remain at the forefront of European studies, providing an ever-more-dynamic platform to study, debate and shape the future of European integration.
