In the first term, all students attend the compulsory course on 'EU Internal Market and Citizenship Law' and choose between the compulsory course on 'Droits fondamentaux dans l'ordre juridique de l'Union européenne' and 'The Constitution(alisation) of EU Law'. In the second term, the choice of compulsory course is between 'External Relations Law of the EU Autonomous Legal Order' and 'Droit public européen de l’économie – L’intervention de l’Etat'. Moreover, each student follows a compulsory course on 'Judicial Remedies' and on 'Competition Law' which are simultaneously taught in French and English.
