Career Resources
A set of resources puts the PATH framework into practice, supporting students continuously throughout their career journeys:
Career Workshop Series
Targeted workshops help students develop essential job search skills, covering:
Reviewing Your CV: key principles of CV design and how to tailor a CV for different roles.
Crafting Your Cover Letter or Motivation Letter: writing effective cover letters or motivation letters.
Interviewing with Confidence: telling a clear, confident story in interviews.
Promoting Your Personal Brand: making the most of LinkedIn and other platforms to present strengths and career goals.
Networking for Career Development: building connections that advance career goals.
Leading Your Job/Internship Search: job and internship search methods that open up more opportunities.
Career Guides
As a self-paced complement to the workshops above, guides are also available on CV creation, cover letters and motivation letters, interview techniques, networking, and job search strategies.
Alumni Network
Our alumni are part of every student's career journey from the start. Through our Micro-Mentoring Programme, students are matched with College of Europe alumni working across sectors and countries. Alumni also return each year for our networking event, sharing their own career paths over informal conversations with current students.
