The participants
This course is designed for:
- Professionals managing teams in the EU environment;
- Professionals who will be moving to a managerial position in the EU environment.
Participants should have:
- A university degree;
- A very good command of English;
- At least 5 years of work experience in the EU environment (EU institutions/bodies/agencies, consultancies, NGOs, think tanks, etc.).
NB: this course is not for recently graduated professionals;
- A team management or team coordination role (or are transitioning to such a role);
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion and to a human-centred workplace.

The College of Europe reserves the right to select participants based on their academic and professional profile. The number of participants will be limited due to the highly interactive and retreat-style nature of the course.
The trainers
A faculty of renowned practitioners and guest speakers will deliver the modules. The diversity of trainer profiles brings multiple perspectives, creating a richer and more comprehensive learning experience.
Our Course Advisor will guide and support participants throughout the 5-day course and the optional individual coaching sessions.
