Programme
This retreat-like course consists of 5 days of workshops, practical learning and individual and group works. Designed for forward-thinking professionals, the course combines deep self-exploration with practical leadership tools to drive meaningful impact in complex environments.
Each module represents a specific passage, a planned and intentional journey through the complexities of each of the topics addressed.
Participants will move through five main passages:
- Passage 1 - Know thyself: a self-awareness module to reflect on personal values, strengths, and learning objectives. Each participant will develop their own growth plan.
- Passage 2 - Know your stakeholders: tools for strategic thinking, stakeholders’ analysis and effective stakeholder collaboration and engagement.
- Passage 3 - Finding common ground: necessary negotiation skills in a complex working environment to navigate competing interests and manage conflict constructively both within a team and with other teams.
- Passage 4 - Stronger teams: this step focuses on collaborative leadership. From emotional intelligence to communication, from teamwork to building trust in order to create a workplace for all.
- Passage 5 - The next steps – from reflection to action: the programme concludes with a structured reflection and action-planning session. Participants consolidate key insights and translate them into concrete next steps for their growth plan, ensuring lasting impact beyond the retreat.
- Optional coaching sessions: Participants may apply for optional one-hour coaching sessions, which can be used within six months after the programme ends to further develop specific skills. These individual sessions focus on topics identified by each participant and serve as a post-training follow-up to enhance the programme’s impact. They provide an opportunity to deepen the application of newly acquired skills and knowledge in the workplace. During the programme, participants will create a personal growth plan, which can be further refined and implemented during the coaching sessions.
The programme will be complemented by social activities, including a gentle morning yoga session, inspiring talks with guest speakers, and an opportunity to explore the city of Bruges.
